We at sproof are rejoicing at the trend of more and more large companies turning to the services of young and innovative startups. Such is the case with Kyocera Document Solutions (Linke), a global leader in information and document management. Kyocera's customers in Austria are now using the digital signature solution called: sproof.

With this cooperation, the digital contract management of Kyocera's DMS solution will be extended by a secure and legally valid signature function for any kind of digital contract conclusion. By integrating sproof directly into Kyocera Workflow Manager, the document management expert is responding to the growing demand for secure signature options in the DMS market.

Software "Made in Austria" has convinced

"...sproof convinces through simplicity, security and through numerous other advantages, such as a quick implementation into existing IT infrastructures. We are also particularly pleased to be able to offer our Austrian customers a service 'made in Austria'".

To open up joint markets in a close sales partnership

The ability to manage documents across the group and to sign or send them out for signature in the same workflow itself offers an unrivaled total solution, especially for SMEs but also for large corporations.

The great need for such all-in-one concepts has also been increasingly noticed by the sales team of Kyocera Austria in recent years. After a very intensive review process, sproof was finally chosen as a partner for signature integration into its own DMS system.

Intense training workshops are planned for the coming summer weeks in order to be able to apply the new possibilities offered by digital fusion in the best possible way in customer communications as well.

In the first workshop with the Kyocera & sproof sales teams, the joint concept was fine-tuned and a joint strategy was drafted for the various use cases.

Digitization "times two"

"I am convinced that our strategic partnership, will be very convenient for the digitization efforts of very many large companies in the Austrian and German markets."

Kyocera Workflow Manager: For optimized document workflows

Kyocera Workflow Manager enables companies to optimize their document management and thus accelerate business processes. The DMS solution has a modular structure and can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of the respective company. For example, from quotations and invoices to industry-specific formats and processes, the solution can be used to streamline workflows, make information available and ultimately reduce costs.

"How well document processes are currently organized in companies can be seen from how much time is spent each day searching for, updating, distributing and archiving documents. The simpler and faster this is, the more time there is for productive work on core tasks and projects," says Michael Kalaus from Kyocera. The Kyocera Workflow Manager automates processes and allows simultaneous work. At the same time, it makes processes more traceable - and thus controllable.
