Business Analyst: QM & Compliance

Business Analyst (m/f) with focus on QM & Compliance Full-time, in Salzburg and/or remote

You are an important part of our product management team: the hub between sales, marketing, business development and our customers. You are jointly responsible for safety, compliance, quality and thus for the success of the product. You will make a significant contribution to achieving our goals and strengthening our market position.

These are your tasks

• You ensure that the product and processes fulfill all relevant certifications (ISO, eIDAS, GDPR, TÜV, etc.).
• You are responsible for the company-wide tracking and monitoring of all software components and quality KPIs
• You develop and implement quality standards and processes to continuously improve product and service quality
• You carry out detailed market analyses to identify opportunities and risks and adapt our strategies accordingly.
• You organize and conduct external pentests.

What we are looking for

• Completed studies in economics, engineering or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Sound knowledge of quality management and compliance, ideally with experience in ISO certification processes.
• Analytical skills and a strong affinity for market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working.

• For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,753 gross/month. We are of course prepared to pay significantly more if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
